Payment Information

According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than 500€ (including VAT), should be paid ONLY in the following ways:

• Deposit / transfer to a bank account
• Charge on credit or debit card
• PayPal

The online store musicstore.gr accepts the credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro. Your transactions in our online store are protected by maximum online security systems. For purchases with your credit card follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the owner’s name, number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) indicated on the back of your credit card. In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present upon receipt of your order with your id or passport. In this case(i.e. payment by credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party who presents the credit card is not allowed.

Pay the partner of our company, upon delivery of your order at your place. The method of payment by cash on delivery applies only to the dispatch of your order by COURIER and only within Greece. The charge for cash on delivery is 2.50€.

The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to musicstore.gr. After PayPal has completed verification, your order will then be processed.

and send us the copy of the bank payment order at info@musicstore. gr by indicating your order number so that identification can be made easily and quickly. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we route your order.
